Lamplighter Expands Strategic Intelligence and Advisory Capabilities With PRISM and Duco Acquisitions

Acquisitions bring together investigative, geopolitical, technology, and AI expertise to address increasingly complex client needs.

LONDON, September 8, 2026. Signaling a shift in how global leaders navigate enterprise risk and technology transformation, Lamplighter Group Ltd ("Lamplighter"), a global strategic intelligence and advisory firm, today announced the acquisitions of PRISM Strategic Intelligence ("PRISM"), a London-based geopolitical and investigative firm, and Duco Advisors, Inc. ("Duco"), a Silicon Valley-based network of global experts. These acquisitions bring investigative, geopolitical and technology expertise together in one offering for organizations looking to successfully navigate increasingly interconnected risks and opportunities, including those created by rapid advances in AI and other emerging technologies. The firm also announced the appointment of Suzy George as Chief Executive Officer. As part of the transactions, Kate Mallinson, founder of PRISM, and Sidney Olinyk, founder of Duco, will join Lamplighter's Board of Directors.

"The most consequential decisions no longer neatly fit within the boundaries of traditional disciplines," said Suzy George, Chief Executive Officer of Lamplighter. "For years, organizations have relied on different advisers to investigate the facts, understand the geopolitical context, evaluate emerging technologies and develop a strategy. There's a better approach: to bring that expertise into one firm working as one team. PRISM and Duco are a critical part of that equation, strengthening our firepower to deliver solutions that are faster, sharper, and more complete. The best decisions come from understanding people, incentives, and context, and from anticipating challenges before they become obstacles. With PRISM and Duco's expertise, we're not simply adding capabilities. We're changing the math on what's possible for our clients."

The acquisitions strengthen Lamplighter's advisory capabilities and extend its global reach, while reinforcing the firm's rigorous, fact-based approach. Duco and PRISM bring decades of experience and established networks across Europe, Eurasia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America along with deep industry expertise in sectors including technology and energy. Their offices in London and Silicon Valley add to Lamplighter's global presence, joining the firm's teams in Abu Dhabi, New York and Washington, DC.

PRISM is a geopolitical intelligence and investigative firm with deep expertise in sectors including energy, mining, and capital markets and topics such as sanctions, corruption and other forms of illicit finance, particularly in Europe and Eurasia. It advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, investors and law firms operating in some of the world's most complex operating environments.

"Our clients came to us for our investigative approach to political risk and due diligence," said Kate Mallinson, founder of PRISM. "We have since expanded to offer sectoral insight, strategic advice on disputes, and other fact-finding services. Joining Lamplighter provides clients with a broader team with wider geographical expertise and shared standards."

Duco's network includes thousands of world-class experts in more than 150 countries, including senior executives, technologists, academics, regulators and operators. It advises leading global technology companies and AI labs across AI governance and safety, model training and evaluation, red teaming, product policy and digital threats. Duco combines expertise from practitioners operating at the forefront of these issues with proprietary technology that enables specialized teams to mobilize in hours or days, giving clients rapid access to specialized knowledge while maintaining rigorous security and confidentiality.

"Technology is central to many of our clients' most important decisions," said Sidney Olinyk, founder of Duco. "What attracted us to Lamplighter was the opportunity to combine deep technology expertise with investigative capability and geopolitical insight. That combination reflects where our clients' needs are heading and how AI is impacting the global landscape."

These transactions represent the next phase of Lamplighter's growth as the firm continues to expand its capabilities through selective acquisitions and ongoing recruitment of exceptional talent.
